One thing I like most in Pokemon Heartgold is that you can stroll with your first Pokemon with you. Well! that is my Lugia. He is so Big!
In the new Pokemon Heartgold you can catch Mewtwo, Kyogre/Groudon, Rayquaza, dialga/Palkia, Giratina, Latios/Latias. after Playing 33 hours I only manage to catch Mewtwo and I'm looking forward to catch the other legendaries. I hope so!!! You can also get the starter of 1st generation and 3rd generation Pokemon but you can only choose 1.
Pokemon HeartGold also comes with a Pokewalker. It is like a tamagotchi. You just connect it via infrared in your DS game to transfer Pokemon. Then you can stroll with your pokemon, catch wild pokemon and find an item. It runs with the game so called Wat dat you need to walk 20 steps to gain 1.
